We are past our first quarter in 2018 and the numbers are interesting! The market is proving to be more than stable. For single family homes, the median sales price in the city proper have shown almost a 15% increase from the past year. While days on market has dropped 26% which means homes are selling fast. Currently the inventory is still very low at not quite 2 months of supply. Summer is around the corner and we should see the supply increasing in no time.
