If We Could Sell This House . . . We Can Sell ANY House

We JUST SOLD 319 Red Fox Lane, Bozeman on 4.4 Acres and what a journey it has been. This home was ready to be foreclosed on when we stepped in and were able to stall the foreclosure and find a buyer for the home. AFTER going through all the processes to make that miracle happen, the house caught fire and almost burnt to the ground. At this point, we were looking at a home that was both in financial and physical trouble. It was charred and a hazard to potential buyers & had to be sold for a premium dollar due to its financial struggles. AGAIN, we found a buyer and were able to get the home back under contract.   • The Median Sales Price for Single Family homes in Bozeman has seen a $13,000 increase December 2018 compared to December 2017.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $478,343.
  • There has been a 7.4% increase year to date of sold properties in Bozeman. 
  • Lastly, this statistic is always interesting. Percent of homes sold at or above list price came in at 99% year to date.
