Outdoor recreation added $2.4 billion to Montana's Gross Domestic Product, only 13% less than construction! With that being said, we've compiled a handful of amazing camping opportunities in the Gallatin National Forest for you to check out! Whether you are looking for a day trip or a weekend adventure, you won't be disappointed with the fresh air and beautiful scenery!

Elevation: Let’s discuss everything there is to hate about Bozeman. First off, it’s located 4,800 feet above sea level so the air is thinner and there is less air pressure so if you plan on doing some baking, good luck!

Winter here can last a couple of months if we’re lucky, but don’t get your hopes up too soon. After “first spring” comes “second winter”, followed by “second spring” and “third winter”, so before you get…

This week we are comparing condominium and townhouse statistics for March 2020.

Condominiums in Bozeman city limits sold for 98.8% of their asking price for an average of $358,624 while townhouses sold for 100% of their asking price for an average of $342,788.

24 condos have gone under contract and 25 sold in March. As for townhouses, 21 went under contract and 14 sold.

There were a total of 109 condos for sale with an average days on market of 57. Only 31 townhouses were actively for sale with an average of 52 days on the market. If properties were on the market longer there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.
