Best of Bozeman breakfast and brunch

If you ask any Bozeman native about the most popular places to eat downtown, they will undoubtedly mention any of the exceptional brunch places around Main Street.

Bottomless mimosas and eating your favorite breakfast food past noon is a beloved weekend pastime in the community. There is something uniquely special about walking the historic streets knowing you’re about to enjoy an epic meal with friends and family.

With so many restaurants to choose from, we’re happy to share our local knowledge to ensure you find an unforgettable Downtown Bozeman brunch experience. Click on any of the restaurant titles below to see their menus!

Jam!

In Bozeman, we don’t hear the word “Jam” and automatically think of the berry preserve you spread on toast. We assume you’re talking about the extremely popular restaurant with the incredible eggs benedict and lively atmosphere. Weekend seating is always a hot commodity at this trendy eatery, but we promise, the food is well worth the wait. A downtown staple, located on Main Street -Jam! is by far the best atmosphere in terms of breakfast and brunch! Order a "Fun Bucket" stacked with Italian prosecco for your group of friends to complement the delicious and fresh extensive menu items!

Revelry

While Revelry is a relatively new addition to the Bozeman brunch scene, its elevated menu and excellent service made it an instant hit. We highly recommend making reservations in advance, or you’ll risk waiting with the countless other hopeful patrons looking for a table at this now-coveted brunch spot.

Cateye Cafe

For the canine lovers out there, don’t let the name deter you. Both cat and dog people agree that the Cateye Cafe has one of the most original and inventive brunch menus in town. From their Banana Bread French Toast to their enormous breakfast burritos, even the most passionate feline hater can understand why everyone adores this quirky and whimsical brunch option.

Mainstreet Overeasy

Tucked away in an iconic 135-year-old building, Main Street Overeasy is a long-standing Bozeman favorite known for its made-from-scratch dishes and gigantic portion sizes. Considered a Hidden Gem, you’d never hear about this cherished hole-in-the-wall cafe unless a local tells you directly.

The Western Cafe

If you’ve ever wondered what breakfast would taste like at the Dutton Ranch, look no further than the historic Western Cafe. Its cowboy decor and homestyle food have made this restaurant a local favorite since 1943, but saying it’s been a Main Street staple for generations is an understatement. Dating back to 1872, the Western Cafe is in one of Bozeman’s oldest intact buildings, making the brunch experience even more authentic.
