Monday Market Update • March 23, 2020

Good Morning Bozemanites! It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman.

This week, we are comparing Bozeman city limits statistics to outside Bozeman city limits for February 2020.

Single family homes within city limits sold for 98.3% of their asking price with an average sales price of $538,938 while homes outside city limits sold for 102.1% of their asking price with an average sales price of $880,767. 

More properties are coming onto the marking outside the city as new listings totaled 49 while inside city limits was 29.  More properties are selling within the city as February totaled 32 closed sales and outside the city 15 properties sold.

Preliminary Plat Approved | Sourdough Hillside Subdivision

The Gallatin County Commission has approved the preliminary plat for a new subdivision; The Sourdough Hillside Subdivision.

Located on one of the last remaining vacant lots south of the intersection of Sourdough Road and East Kagy Boulevard.  This subdivision is planned to span over 15 acres and will contain five homes. No new roads will be required as these properties will be accessible from Sourdough Road.

There are two challenges this subdivision is facing. Desirable Southside neighborhood - Meadow Creek Subdivision

Looking for a great community with easy access to trail systems and parks?

Gran Cielo - Major Subdivision Being Proposed for South Bozeman!

Attention Bozemanites! A proposal for a new subdivision, called Gran Cielo, which has been in the works since October 2017 is finally catching some momentum.

The Gran Cielo Subdivision would be located northwest of S. 27th Avenue and Graf Street and would extend over 48.754 acres. In hopes to increase affordable housing in the area, this subdivision would consist of 124 residential townhouses, three open space lots and two parks.
