Looking for a great community with easy access to trail systems and parks?
Meadow Creek Subdivision is located on the Southside of Bozeman. It is near MSU (Montana State University) and also gives great access to 19th Street to shopping and restaurants. Just a little further south of this neighborhood, you'll have quick access to hiking and biking trails south of town.
This subdivision consists primarily of single-family homes conveniently located less than 4 miles to Downtown Bozeman. There is a soccer field nearby that comes alive during the summer season. Across the street from the soccer fields are the South Row condominiums. There is also a kid's playground with swings, slides and open grass area for dogs to run around on the Western side of the subdivision.
This neighborhood has prioritized access to these stunning parklands and trail systems that wrap through the subdivision. It's the perfect place to walk your dog, go for a bike/run, or take a nightly stroll. It’s just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Bozeman to give yourselves some space, but close enough for convenience.
Hiking and Biking Trails near 3429 Parkway Avenue (driving distance to trailheads):
- Sourdough Creek Trailhead (6.4 miles) - Leverich Canyon Trailhead (6.2 miles) - Hyalite Canyon (6.7 miles) - Kirk Hill (4.7 miles) - South Cottonwood Trailhead (11 miles)
