What is a charcuterie board you ask?

This amazing board is packed with cured meats, a variety of cheeses, veggies, nuts, olives, dried fruits, crackers, bread and more! You can get as creative as you want, that's the beauty.

How to make a delicious, crowd pleasing, charcuterie board?

1) Grab a giant cutting board or platter
2) Fill the board with cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, breads, fruit, crackers and whatever your heart desires
3) Add some infused dipping oils, jams and spreads in little dishes to pair with your delicious contents
4) Grab some good company and a great bottle of local wine…

For the second year in a row, Bozeman has been ranked the #1 best city for economy strength in its size category according to POLICOM. 

POLICOM is an independent economic analysis firm that ranks areas by their economic strength. The determining factors include many things such as the rate of growth, consistency of size, and quality of life / standard of living for residents. 

This firm looks at 2 size categories; the first being a metropolitan area of 50,000 people or more and the second being a micropolitan area of at least 10,000 people but fewer than 50,000 people. Bozeman is classified as a 'Micropolitan area 'and was ranked #1 out of 551 total areas nationwide.

Tomorrow afternoon, December 1st, Bozeman's annual 38th Christmas stroll will kick-off the holiday season. Head down to downtown Bozeman between 4:30-7:30 PM for food, activities, and fun!

"Bring the whole family to ride on the hay wagons, get your picture taken with Santa Claus, watch the lighting ceremony of the downtown decorations, check out the gingerbread house contest display, sing Christmas carols, grab a bite to eat from one of over 40 non-profit food vendors or do some Christmas gift shopping." The State Fair is in town! This year, the Big Sky Country State Fair will run from Wednesday, July 18th through Sunday, July 22nd, 2018.

The fair will feature entertainment such as Randy Houser and Everclear.

2018 events include Wife Carrying Championships, Kids Pedal Tractor Pulls, Turkey Races, Grizzly Experiences, Lumberjack Shows, Workshops, Hypnotists, and more. There is even a small petting zoo for the kids!
