HOT new restaurants in Downtown Bozeman - Urban Kitchen & Salted Caramel

Just last month, husband and wife owners Joe and Megan Romano opened up two restaurants Urban Kitchen and Salted Caramel Cafe both located on the main level of the new 5 West building. 

So what's Urban Kitchen? It's a contemporary dining spot (focus is dinner) that has a colorful food menu ranging from steaks, pastas and seasonal dishes. But that description doesn't do this delectable menu justice. Garlic shrimp over creamy polenta, Pan seared ribeye steak over chimchurri sauce, and how about chicken and shrimp paellea? My favorite dishes so far are the pork saltimbocca over crispy polenta and the rigatoni and Italian sausage pasta and I can't wait to go back again. They do take reservations and can book at this…

2017 marks the 17th Annual Music on Main summer concert series in Historic Downtown Bozeman

Every summer, beginning the last week of June, the Bozeman community gathers on Main Street to listen to live music, dance, eat local food, play games and drink adult beverages. Fit for all ages, this community event has been a huge hit every summer and has become an event we all know and love; Music on Main.

Every Thursday evening beginning June 29th and ending August 17th, Main street is closed off to traffic and opened-up for this family-friendly musical event. There was a recent Downtown Bozeman lot on the market for $345,000. After reading that, you are likely thinking something along the lines of ... "WHAT! That is an outrageous price!"

Affordability is a huge issue in town. Yes, we agree. However, there are a number of lots for sale in the $80K-$100K+ price range. In addition, in the last few months we sold new construction homes (3 to 4 bedroom - single family home) for that amount that were slightly outside downtown.
