What's Music on Main all about? 
2017 marks the 17th Annual Music on Main summer concert series in Historic Downtown Bozeman

Every summer, beginning the last week of June, the Bozeman community gathers on Main Street to listen to live music, dance, eat local food, play games and drink adult beverages. Fit for all ages, this community event has been a huge hit every summer and has become an event we all know and love; Music on Main.

Every Thursday evening beginning June 29th and ending August 17th, Main street is closed off to traffic and opened-up for this family-friendly musical event. There was a recent Downtown Bozeman lot on the market for $345,000. After reading that, you are likely thinking something along the lines of ... "WHAT! That is an outrageous price!"

Affordability is a huge issue in town. Yes, we agree. However, there are a number of lots for sale in the $80K-$100K+ price range. In addition, in the last few months we sold new construction homes (3 to 4 bedroom - single family home) for that amount that were slightly outside downtown.

The take away here is, don't freak out that you can't afford Bozeman. You ABSOLUTELY can!

Festivals in Downtown Bozeman, MT

Downtown Bozeman has outstanding dining, shopping, entertainment, and just "hanging out" opportunities, but that is far from all that downtown has to offer. Downtown Bozeman is all about the festivals! From Music on Main to Sweet Pea and everything in between, if you desire a downtown lifestyle that will keep you hopping, then Bozeman is it!

Music On Main happens every Thursday night from late June to mid-August (this year's kick-off is June 13 and it wraps up on August 13). The hours of operation are 6:30p to 8:30p. Downtown Bozeman: Shopping, Dining, Entertainment

Downtown Bozeman is chock full of cool shops, restaurants, coffee houses, boutiques, candy stores, sporting goods, whiskey bars, art galleries, and the list goes on. It’s a great place to take a stroll, catch up with friends and neighbors, and peruse the offerings up and down Main Street. 

You can try the Baxter Hotel for a start, it’s home to Ted’s Montana Grill (great bison steaks) the Bacchus Pub (locals' spot with live entertainment and delicious bar fare), and Chatelaine Chocolat Co.
