- The Median Sales Price for Single Family homes in Bozeman has seen a $20,500 decrease February 2019 compared to February 2018.
- Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $437,000.
- There has been a 29.2% decrease year to date of sold properties in Bozeman.
- Lastly, this statistic is always interesting. Percent of homes sold at or above list price came in at 98.8% year to date.
