REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE | BOZEMAN CITY LIMITS
Statistics for Big Sky County MLS for March 2020 have been released and we are dying to share what the market has done over the last month and compared to March 2019.
- The Median Sales Price for Single Family homes in Bozeman for March 2020 has seen an increase of $37,100 compared to March 2019.
- Closed sales have remained the same for Single Family homes compared to March 2019 with a total of 41 closed transactions.
- Year to Date, we are looking at an average sale price of $559,075 for Single Family homes which is an increase of 13.9% compared to March 2019. The average sales price for a Condo/Townhouse for March 2020 is $352,939 which is an increase of 9.9% compared to March of last year.
- Lastly, this statistic is always interesting. Percent of homes sold at or above list price came in at 98.2% year to date for Single Family homes and 98.9% for a Condo/Townhouse.
