This week we are comparing Bozeman City Limits statistics to Outside Bozeman City Limits for May 2020. 
Single Family Homes within city limits sold for 99% of their asking price with an average sales price of $527,786 while homes outside city limits sold for 97.3% of their asking price with an average sales price of $827,464.
More properties are coming onto the marking inside the city as new listings totaled 85 while outside city limits there was 58. More properties are selling inside the city as May totaled 41 closed sales and outside the city 34 properties sold.
There were a total of 88 homes for sale inside the city while 143 homes were active in the market outside city limits. With an average days on market of 40 days within the city and 70 outside the city, the duration your home is on the market can be attributed to; price, location, and layout.
