This week we are comparing Bozeman City Limits statistics to Outside Bozeman City Limits for April 2021.  

Single Family Homes within City Limits sold for 102.3% of their asking price with an average sales price of $692,225 while homes Outside City Limits sold for 100.4% of their asking price with an average sales price of $1,290,336

There are about the same number of listings coming onto the market inside the City as new listings totaled 48 and Outside City Limits there were 49.  More properties are selling outside the City as April totaled 51 closed sales and inside the city 36 properties sold. 

There were a total of 19 homes for sale inside the City while 42 homes were active in the market Outside City Limits.  With an average days on market of 9 days within the City and 24 outside the City, the duration your home is on the market can be attributed to; price, location, and layout.
