This week we are comparing condominium and townhouse statistics for August 2019. Condominiums in Bozeman City limits sold for 98.9% of their asking price for an average of $305,532 while townhouses sold for 97.4% of their asking price for an average of $432,786.
31 condos have gone under contract and 44 sold in August. As for townhouses, only 5 townhouses went under contract and 7 sold.
There were a total of 100 condos for sale with an average days on market of 30. Only 35 townhouses were actively for sale with an average of 44 days on the market. If properties were on the market longer than 44 days there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.
