Bozeman Westslope High School is currently being constructed and is slated to be completed in the fall of 2020. Recently, the high school boundary lines have officially been decided (though always check with Bozeman School District to verify for a specific property in question). Baxter Meadows + Baxter Meadows West
Baxter Meadows - Baxter Meadows subdivision is located off of East Baxter Lane and Gallatin Green Boulevard. This subdivision has a plethora of access to businesses, parks, and schools which makes this subdivision so desirable. Heading West on East Baxter Lane, the adjacent subdivision is Baxter Meadows West.
Baxter Meadows West - Baxter Meadows West Subdivision entrance is at the cross street of Baxter Lane and Andalusian Avenue. Baxter Meadows West consists of single family homes that are architecturally unique and upscale that tend to have larger lots of land (upwards of 18,000 sq ft). There are extensive walking trails that intertwine through the neighborhood and connect to a 10-acre Regional Park.
Diamond Estates
Diamond Estates subdivision is located on the west side of Bozeman, just north of Durston Road and cross street is Ferguson Avenue. This subdivision offers close proximity to the 100-acre park, Meadowlark Elementary School, Heritage Christian School, and so much more. This neighborhood is also centrally located in between Flanders Mill and Oak Springs subdivisions.
Flanders Creek
Flanders Creek Subdivision is located in north-western Bozeman. It is situated near many Bozeman schools, both public and private, as well as the Bronken Soccer Complex and the new Bozeman Sports Park. Within Flanders Creek, there is a large open park with ponds and walking trails. The neighborhood is comprised of both single and multi-family homes, with several new condos currently under construction.
Flanders Mill
Set on 137 acres, Flanders Mill is a new subdivision located in NW Bozeman off of Durston Rd and Flanders Mill Rd. According to the FlandersMill.com, Flanders Mill will include 272 single-household lots including townhomes and 195 multi-household residences. Adjacent to this subdivision are multiple schools and 80-Acre future sports complex. Parks, trails, ponds, and streams to reflect the wondrous outdoor Bozeman. Mountain views on 3 sides and protected view corridors.
Harvest Creek
Comfortable and friendly, Harvest Creek is an established neighborhood near Emily Dickinson Elementary School and the Dinosaur Park off Davis. You will love coming home to this friendly and convenient location with an easy stroll to several parks and trail systems.
Lakes at Valley West
The Lakes at Valley West is a premier Master-Planned subdivision currently under construction located in north-west Bozeman. The community gives you a rural feel with the conveniences of being in close proximity to local amenities such as schools, parks, and shopping. This neighborhood is also adjacent to the Adam Bronken Soccer Complex as well as Petra Academy. With two 6-acre lakes, miles of walking trails, and an abundance of open space, residents love living here.
Laurel Glen
Laurel Glen Subdivision is a large Master Planned Community situated in north-west Bozeman. Spectacular mountain views, as well as its central location, are just a few of the features drawing people to this neighborhood. The community provides both multi-family and single family properties.
Oak Springs
Oak Springs is a planned community featuring single family homes, as well as, townhomes. This subdivision has a large park that is centrally located. The large, open playground is perfect for the kids to play in a safe environment (bordered by homes on three sides). You can host a neighborhood BBQ, a game of soccer or football, or let the family pets stretch their legs. Walking paths wind through the neighborhood and tie in with the nearby Dinosaur Park and the 100-Acre Park. Oak Springs Subdivision is a neighborly place with a tight-knit community and supportive HOA.
The Crossings
The Crossing Subdivision in Bozeman, Montana is a new housing community that started development in 2014. The Crossing is centrally located off Baxter Lane. Residents can enjoy amenities such as the 100 Acre Regional Park, the Dinosaur Park, Business Complex across the street, and quick access to shopping centers.
The Traditions
The Traditions Subdivision consists of single level and two-story townhomes and condominiums. The location of this subdivision is right off of Durston and directly across the street from Petra Academy. Within the complex is a conveniently located childcare/Montessori based school, Little Tree. Less than a half mile down is Meadowlark Elementary School, making this subdivision convenient for any busy family.
Valley Unit
Valley Unit Subdivision is home to a park with walking trails and is close to many Bozeman amenities including shopping, schools, and restaurants. With less than a mile walk to Gallatin Valley Regional Park and easy access to many other local parks, this neighborhood has so much to offer.
Valley West
Valley West Subdivision is an award winning subdivision located on the west side of Bozeman. Valley West is in close proximity to several Meadowlark Elementary, Petra Academy, Heritage Christian School and the potential new location of a second High School.
Westbrook
Located off Durston road, Westbrook Subdivision is easily accessible to all that Bozeman has to offer. This community provides tons of open space for its residents, with many new homes still under construction. Walking trails and parks have been built into this subdivision.
West Winds
West Winds Subdivision is a 160 acre Master Planned Subdivision located across the street from Gallatin County Regional Park. Centrally located, it provides easy access to Bozeman shopping, restaurants, and schools. West Winds has both open fields and trails throughout the neighborhood. Wind Winds has both custom single and multi-family homes.
