IT'S TIME FOR OUR MONDAY MARKET UPDATE FOR BOZEMAN CITY LIMITS, April 2021.

In April 2021, Single Family Homes in Bozeman City Limits sold for 102.3% of their asking price! 

51 homes have gone under contract and 36 homes have sold! Here at Tamara Williams and Company we placed 10 properties under contract and sold 14 others. Take a look at our April 2021 Production.

There were a total of 19 homes for sale, which is -77.6% less than April 2020.  48 new listings, and sold properties have an average of 9 days on market. If homes were on the market longer than that there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, layout, and seller preference.
