Winter Hikes/Snowshoeing - Grab your snowshoes and hit the trails! Some of our favorite winter hikes are; Lava Lake, Garnet Mountain, Pioneer Falls,Palisade Falls, Sypes Canyon, Drinking Horse, Leverich Canyon, Grotto Falls, Blackmore Lake/Peak, History Rock, and Ousel Falls. Downhill Skiing/Snowboarding - With so many ski resorts close by, you can guarantee to catch us on the slopes! Whatever mountain you chose, we know you’ll have fun!
*With the recent changes due to COVID-19, make sure you take proper face coverings and book your lift tickets/activities ahead of time. Most resorts are limiting capacity to help accommodate social distancing.

Ice Fishing - The winter weather doesn’t stop us from fishing! Haven’t been ice fishing before? Don’t fret, Bozeman is littered with fishing shops all staffed with experienced anglers. Some of our top ice fishing locations are; Hyalite Reservoir, Bozeman Pond, East Gallatin Recreation Area, Canyon Ferry, and Hebgen Lake.

Hot Springs - Located conveniently close to multiple hot springs, relaxation is only a short drive away! While the outside temperatures may drop drastically, all you have to do is head to one of the many hot springs and you’ll be warm in no time. Regardless of which hot spring you settle on, jump in, sit back, and relax!
