Alder Creek
Alder Creek Subdivision is a great family and community-based neighborhood. The subdivision features walking paths that safely guide you to two adjacent schools: Sacajawea Middle School and Morning Star Elementary. Morning Star Elementary was recently ranked the number one elementary school in Bozeman. The Museum of the Rockies, Montana State University's college campus and stadium, and Valley View Golf Course are just a few minutes away!
Gardner Park
Gardner Park Subdivision is an established neighborhood built in the 70's and 80's. The subdivision is accessed by Sourdough Road and Goldstein Lane which provides you easy access to and from downtown Bozeman. It is close to Sourdough Montessori School and not too far from Sacajawea Middle School and Morning Star Elementary. It is situated close to one of Bozeman's main streets, Kagy, meaning Bozeman and the mountains are easily accessible. Sour Dough Creek
Sour Dough Creek Properties is a fantastic neighborhood located on the south side Though there are adjacent communities, this neighborhood has some fantastic views of the mountains.
