Alder Creek
Alder Creek Subdivision is a great family and community-based neighborhood. The subdivision features walking paths that safely guide you to two adjacent schools: Sacajawea Middle School and Morning Star Elementary. Morning Star Elementary was recently ranked the number one elementary school in Bozeman. The Museum of the Rockies, Montana State University's college campus and stadium, and Valley View Golf Course are just a few minutes away! 

Gardner Park
Gardner Park Subdivision is an established neighborhood built in the 70's and 80's. The subdivision is accessed by Sourdough Road and Goldstein Lane which provides you easy access to and from downtown Bozeman. It is close to Sourdough Montessori School and not too far from Sacajawea Middle School and Morning Star Elementary. Homes in the neighborhood have much larger lots that add great privacy and seclusion from neighbors. 

Greenhills Ranch
Greenhills Ranch is just minutes from Hyalite and Cottonwood Canyon. With larger lot sizes, enjoy the rural feel and spectacular views of the valley and Bridger Mountain range with only a 10-minutes drive to downtown Bozeman. You'll find fly-fishing, trail systems, and wildlife watching back in this tucked away community. 

Hyalite View Estates
Hyalite View Estates is the ideal location off of South 19th Street that makes this a favorite of Bozeman. Large lots and spectacular custom homes comprise this neighborhood with MSU and Hyalite Canyon just a stone's throw away. Residents will love the wide open spaces with town amenities just a few minutes away. 

Meadow Creek
Meadow Creek Subdivision is known for its spectacular views, extensive trail systems, soccer fields, and convenient Bozeman location. Meadow Creek also includes marshland with a trail system to really enjoy the nature scene. This subdivision is within walking distance to Spire Climbing Gym and Oracle headquarters. Additionally, this subdivision is in close proximity to Montana State University and is not too far from downtown Bozeman. Head South on 19th Avenue, West on Graf Street to access this subdivision. 

Painted Hills
Painted Hills Subdivision is a highly desirable neighborhood in south Bozeman. Large lots and classic large homes are found throughout the high-end subdivision. It is situated close to one of Bozeman's main streets, Kagy, meaning Bozeman and the mountains are easily accessible. Amazing views of the Bridger Mountains, Mount Ellis, Frog Rock, grazing horses, and wildlife are seen throughout this community. 

Sour Dough Creek
Sour Dough Creek Properties is a fantastic neighborhood located on the south side Though there are adjacent communities, this neighborhood has some fantastic views of the mountains. There are some larger homes on 1 +/- acre lots built back in the 1980's. This neighborhood is close to MSU, Museum of the Rockies, and is less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Bozeman. You'll find mature trees and beautifully maintained properties in this neighborhood. 

Southbridge
Southbridge Subdivision offers elegant residences with panoramic views of the Bridger Mountains, Hyalite Mountains, and the Spanish Peaks. Situated on cross streets Graf and South 19th, its a breeze to get to downtown Bozeman, Montana State University, and surrounding mountains for recreational activities. South Bridge offers expansive walking trails and open grasslands. 

Sundance Springs
Sundance Springs is an eclectic neighborhood that connects with West Meadow Subdivision. What's unique about this neighborhood is a fish stocked pond for residents and easy access to the local trail system. Many of the lots border open space or the trail system. The lots are a bit larger and it is a quiet neighborhood. This neighborhood is close to Sacajawea Middle School and Morning Star Elementary, The Museum of the Rockies, Valley View Golf Course and Montana State University.

Triple Tree Ranch
The homes in this higher end neighborhood run the gamut of home styles. No cookie cutter homes here. All of the homes are exceptional and custom built. The lots are 1+ acres and the views are beyond breathtaking. Triple Tree Subdivision has unparalleled views of Bozeman and its surrounding mountain ranges. The community backs up to state land and has a challenging multi-use trail system, ponds, natural creek, HOA, and an onsite ranch manager. 

Westfield
Westfield Subdivision is an established community on the south side of Bozeman. Having close proximity to South 3rd and South 19th residents have easy access to Montana State University, Museum of the Rockies, downtown Bozeman, Sacajawea Middle School, Morning Star Elementary, Hyalite Mountains, and more. Houses sit on large lots with big views of the surrounding mountains. 

West Meadow
West Meadow Subdivision is a beautifully landscaped community south of Bozeman that connects to Sundance Springs Subdivision. It is a quiet neighborhood and provides easy access to the local trail system. This neighborhood is close to Sacajawea Middle School, Morning Star Elementary, The Museum of the Rockies, Valley View Golf Course and Montana State University. It also has quick access to downtown Bozeman.
