Gardner Park

Gardner Park is located on the south side of Bozeman. This subdivision was built in the 1970s-1980s with lots that range from approximately 0.40 +/- to 1.3 +/- acres. For families on the south side, there are a few options for schools including Morning Star Elementary, Sacajawea Middle School, Sourdough Montessori School, and more. The main cross streets being Sourdough Road and Goldenstein Lane makes access easy to get to and from places for commuters. Homes are rare with expansive lots that add great privacy and seclusion from neighbors yet still close to town.
