Gran Cielo is made up of the following styles: 1,700 square foot detached units connected via walkway (Fika), 2,000 square foot condo units offered in duplex or triplex designs (Kul), the contemporary-meets-traditional styles of the detached homes (Lagom), and the luxury single family homes located around the subdivision’s central park (Glede). As well, the subdivision developers have made efforts in regards to sustainability, with solar panels, E-vehicle charging stations, and energy-efficient appliances being installed in many of the homes.
