Middle Creek Parklands Subdivision

Many people move to Middle Creek Parklands Subdivision due to the oversized lots and the enhanced feeling of a more rural community. The neighborhood is situated near (and parts adjacent to) Black Bull Golf Community and Spanish Meadows subdivision, two of Bozeman’s more affluent neighborhoods. There is a soccer field located about five minutes away that is very popular during soccer season. The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Middle Creek Neighborhood are generally going to range between 2,000 and 3,500 square feet.  The homes in Middle Creek Parklands Subdivision are primarily 2010 and newer, with additional custom homes still being constructed. The smallest homes in the neighborhood are starting with three bedrooms, while the larger single-family floor plans have a four or five bedroom layout with many models putting the master bedroom on the main floor.
