Sour Dough Creek Properties

Sour Dough Creek Properties is located on the south side of Bozeman. It's proximity is adjacent to a few other subdivisions such as Ellis View Estates, West Meadows, and more. Though there are adjacent communities, this neighborhood has some fantastic views of the mountains. There are some larger homes on 1 +/- acre lots built back in the 1980s. This neighborhood is close to MSU, Museum of the Rockies, and is less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Bozeman. You'll find mature trees and beautifully maintained properties in this neighborhood.
