Triple Tree Ranch Homes For Sale

The subdivision of Triple Tree Ranch is one of the most desirable luxury subdivisions in Bozeman. Similar to the equally-popular subdivision of Black Bull, Triple Tree Ranch offers residents large, private properties and exceptional mountain views. With about 100 homes in this subdivision, on lots that can near 4 acres in size, this neighborhood is the perfect fit for a wide range of homebuyers.

Single-family homes for sale in Triple Tree Ranch are gorgeous. Custom-built, these properties epitomize Bozeman ranch-style living. With rustic exteriors made of stone, wood, and beautiful siding, these homes are not only found on large lots, but also have generous square footage, as well. At the lower end, Triple Tree Ranch homes typically start at around 3,500 to 4000 square feet, and can go all the way up to 7,000—or more! Common home features include spacious bedrooms, upgraded bathrooms, high-end kitchens, and large windows to let in tons of light.

Because Triple Tree Ranch is considered to be a luxury subdivision, home prices are typically higher than in other surrounding areas. Of course, with that price point comes a wealth of amenities and one-of-a-kind homes. Homes for sale in Triple Tree Ranch can begin at around $1.5 million, but easily reach $3 or $4 million-dollar price points.

Triple Tree Ranch Amenities

The Triple Tree Ranch Subdivision in Bozeman offers some spectacular amenities. A community building is provided for homeowners to utilize and enjoy. Fences are prohibited in keeping with the ranch theme, but homes are often sheltered partly from street view by large mature trees. There is also a ranch property manager onsite who provides maintenance and TLC for the neighborhood.

Triple Tree is built upon rolling hills and the Bozeman/Bridger views are a cut above. The community also backs up to state land with Mt. Ellis standing watch over the subdivision. It is perfectly normal to see wildlife right from your backyard. There is also Triple Tree Trail, a fantastic 5.43 mile (out and back) hike/xc ski/bike trail that's just steps away from your front door. The trail starts just south of Triple Tree Road and runs adjacent to the neighborhood, then loops into the mountains. It’s a fairly challenging hike with about 1835 ft. of elevation gain. This trail is the climax point for the Main Street to Mountains trail system.
