Valley Unit Subdivision

This subdivision is located on the west side of town. There is a combination of condos, townhomes and single family homes in the development. There is a large 8.5+ acre dedicated park "Valley Unit Park" with trails wrapping throughout. The park is located between Durston and Cascade (north to south) and between N Yellowstone Ave and Meagher Avenue (west to east). This is a more mature area with some of the older homes with a built age in the 1980s to early 1990s. Many of the single family home lots are much larger than the standard city lot size sitting at over 9,000 SF. You'll find a mixture of single level, single level with basement, split entry, and two story homes within this community. Centrally located in town with many in and out options to get to the west side of town or downtown Bozeman.
