This area is also home to a performance hall, The Playmill Theatre, which plays local productions, The Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center, which offers the unique opportunity to get up close to wildlife, as well as gift shops, supermarkets, sporting goods stores, and more. West Yellowstone Town Park has a playground and fields for the kids, and there are some hiking trails leading through the pine forest surrounding the community. The West Yellowstone area also offers skiing, fishing, and shooting ranges.
