Woodland Park is bordered by Huffine Lane in the north, Rowland Road in the east, Elk Lane in the south, and Lion Peak Drive in the west. The neighborhood is primarily residential, with a commercial area in the north end. Woodland Park is made up of entirely single-family homes.

Detached properties range in architectural style, but homebuyers will commonly see very Contemporary homes as well as more traditional designs—often farmhouse inspired. Community and Lifestyle in Woodland Park Subdivision

One of the biggest draws of subdivisions such as these (beyond the stunning homes, of course) are the amenities and tranquil atmosphere—a perfect choice for growing families. Woodland Park is planned to feature one of Bozeman's new elementary school locations, as well.

Beyond the new school, other amenities include Bozeman Children's Academy and Coldsmoke Coffee Shop. After you’ve dropped off the kids to school, it’s easy to grab a pick-me-up coffee to go! There are also a few small playgrounds located around the neighborhood for the kids to play on when they come back from school.

Woodland Park is a growing community, but one that has drawn a lot of attention for its beautiful homes, easy access to nearby amenities, and gorgeous mountain views.
