Located just off of 19th Avenue, head West on Graf Street.  Meadow Creek is an exceptional neighborhood. This subdivision consists primarily of single family homes conveniently located five miles outside of Downtown Bozeman. There is a soccer field nearby that comes alive during the summer season. Across the street from the soccer fields are Meadow Creek condominiums. The condominiums are closer in proximity to MSU and Oracle than the single family residential homes. 

It’s not uncommon to see kids playing in the streets of this neighborhood, and parklands are situated throughout the subdivision. What’s the Neighborhood Like?

The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Meadow Creek Neighborhood are generally going to range between 2,000 and 3,000 square feet.  The homes in Meadow Creek Subdivision are relatively new, with most of the homes being built around 2010 and newer construction built in 2017.
