Prescott Ranch Subdivision At A Glance

Still under development, the subdivision of Prescott Ranch is located north of Cruiser Lane and south (and west) of Butler Creek Avenue). The planned subdivision will consist of roughly 1,300 homes, built in a variety of plans and styles. Its developer, Bates Homes, seeks to connect suburban living in the city of Belgrade with the outdoors, and the neighborhood's proximity to outdoor recreation is a testament to that. Prescott Ranch is also close to similarly-desirable subdivisions. Bridger Heights is found directly south, while Henson is to the east.

Prescott Subdivision Homes For Sale

Single-family homes for sale in Prescott Ranch are built in three main styles: the Morgan, the Appaloosa, and the Lusitano. Each of these styles has several varying designs and floor plans. Both the Appaloosa and the Lusitano are available in both single-story and two-story variations. The Morgan only offers two and three-story floor plans.

One of the reasons why Prescott Ranch is so desirable (other than its great, family-friendly location) is the variety of quality homes offered in the neighborhood. Homes range from 2-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms, with either a 2 or 3-care garage attached. In regards to square footage, this ranges between roughly 1,600 and 3,500 square feet, with the Lusitano being the largest (and highest priced) option of the three home styles. As is with many new developments, buyers can customize some of the plans (in this case, with optional dens, bonus rooms, or bedrooms/bathrooms), which means even more variations.

The Morgan: 1,700 - 2,500 square feet [4 plans]

The Appaloosa: 1,600 - 3,300 square feet [5 plans]

The Lusitano: 2,500 - 3,500 square feet [4 plans]

Stylistically, homes in Prescott Ranch is built in the popular modern farmhouse or Craftsman styles, though these designs do lean towards a more traditional interpretation. For many of the plans, "Farmhouse", "Craftsman", and "Traditional" are provided as exterior elevation options. For families, the additional bedroom option (as opposed to the den) is a popular option. Modern features such as walk-in closets, eat-in kitchens, exposed beams, glass showers, and covered patios are just a few of the of the options provided by the builder. Homes for sale also come with driveway space for additional parking, and front and back yards for the kids.

When it comes to amenities, the subdivision of Prescott Ranch has four neighborhood parks planned for residents. Currently, only one park is complete (Corbett Park). This area has grass/sports fields, benches, and a playground. The next three parks will be similar in design.

Prescott Ranch is also a 7-minute drive (roughly) to the center of Belgrade. As the area is still under development, much of the land surrounding is farmland or, in the case of the neighborhoods to the south, is new construction. Families in particular like Prescott Ranch because of the more private, suburban atmosphere. Additionally, the amenities of the city are just a short drive away. Schools in the area include the following: Story Creek Elementary School, Saddle Peak Elementary School, Belgrade Middle School, and Belgrade High School.

There are other parks in the area, such as Kathy Hollensteiner Park, Prescott Park, and Lions Park, with the Belgrade Sports Complex being a particular highlight because of its sheer size. Belgrade's downtown offers a lot in regards to shopping and dining, however more options are found in Bozeman, which is about a 20 to 25-minute drive away.
