West Winds Subdivision

West Winds Subdivision is a 160 acre Master Planned Subdivision located across the street from Gallatin County Regional Park and the Dinosaur Park. Centrally located in town, it provides easy access to Bozeman shopping, restaurants, and schools. West Winds has both open fields and trails throughout the neighborhood. Wind Winds has a combination of custom single family homes and multi-family homes. This subdivision has continued new construction homes as of 2022.
