White Horse Ranch Homes For Sale

The Bozeman subdivision of White Ranch presents the exclusive opportunity to own a new construction property in a desirable area. Although still under development, more phases are nearing completion, and there are a number of homes on the market available for purchase. White Horse Ranch, with over 100 lots slated for single-family homes, is also an excellent opportunity for investors, or for those who are interested in building their dream, custom home.

The first White Horse Ranch homes were completed in the year 2021. Phase One included homes located on White Horse Loop, whilst Phase Two expanded along Mare Lane. For buyers interested in future phases, there are several home models to choose from, including the Cottage-style architecture of The Stables—the Phase Seven development along Jockey Court, Horseshoe Loop, and Stallion Drive.

Although all homes for sale in White Horse Ranch feature contemporary finishes and the same great location, square footage does vary from phase to phase. Some phases, such as Phase One and Phase Five, have quite significantly-sized lots and square footage. Larger homes range from 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2 to 3.5 bathrooms, with 3 garage spaces at the most. Properties in The Stables neighborhood are on the smaller end, and this is reflected in their price, as well. HOA fees are dependent on area.
