In one of my latest local TV show segments, I went behind the scenes at Tutti Bene to see what makes this Downtown Bozeman restaurant so unique. What I particularly enjoyed about our conversation was hearing how he approaches Italian cuisine while incorporating the ingredients and character of Montana.
