BUYER 1 - "Steve"

• He is looking for a property that is in the Bozeman area (not Belgrade). 
• He wants the property to be on acreage and does not want to look at neighbors. 
• Wants to see wildlife - THIS IS A MUST
• Wants a turn key home (nice finishes such as; granite, hardwood floors, tile, etc)
• Wants the home to be over 2,500+ sq ft, 3+ bedrooms, 2.5+ bathrooms

BUYER 2 - "Alex"

• Alex wants a nice home under $700,000
• Bozeman area
• Must have some acreage
• 3+ bedrooms, 2.5+ bathrooms, fairly turn key 
• A shop would be AMAZING

BUYER 3 - "Chuck"

• Needs a home under $1.5 Million
• Must to be near the base of the Bridgers (Springhill Area)
• Must be elevated with western exposure
• 5-20 acre parcel
• Must have a man room and a barn for toys
• Attached garage is a MUST
• Must have a minimum of 3 beds,  3.5 baths

BUYER 4 - "Logan"

• Needs a home under $800,000
• Must be horse friendly as he has 3
• A barn would be a HUGE bonus but not required
• 10-20 acres is preferred
• Bozeman area
• 4+ bedrooms, 2.5+ bathrooms
• Turn key (granite, hardwood floors, beautiful finishes)

BUYER 5 - "Leah"

• Needs a home under $450,000
• 3+ bedrooms with an additional office (or 4 beds)
• 2+ bathrooms
• Meadowlark School is REQUIRED
• Newer home
• 1,800+ sq ft
• Large yard or on a park is preferred 
• Must be fenced
