Communication is Key
I try to ensure that I have an open line of communication with my clients at all times. Text, email, or call - I am always available to address questions and concerns and have an Assistant/Realtor, Marisa Owen who provides additional service if I am ever tied up in a meeting or with a client. It is my job to make sure you understand the how's and the why's, as well as, to assist and inform every step of the way.
Listen and Learn
When I speak with clients about what it is they want to achieve, I take notes. I try to get as much feedback as possible so that I can better stand in their shoes and know precisely where they want to go with their transaction. I have no desire to push my clients into a home or situation that's not beneficial to them. I want them to walk away from the closing table with a smile on their face.
I regularly update my website, tablet, tools, and communication systems to better assist my clients during their real estate transaction. During showings, my ever-present iPad is used to take notes and log pertinent information. I have an electronic signature system that streamlines the signing process. I personally select my tools and systems and my website was designed and built by me.

I am constantly reading and researching real estate. I strive to better my business for both buyers and sellers. I think education is VERY important. I am committed to keeping up on the housing trends, best practices, zoning regulations, residential and commercial development in town, and investment tactics to better assist my clients. A large portion of my profits and many hours are reinvested into my business and my education. It is my firm belief that there is always room for improvement no matter who you are. That constant improvement will directly benefit the buyers and sellers I represent.
