Single family homes within Bozeman City Limits have seen a +27% increase when comparing July 2017 to July 2018. When you look at the last year you will see the rate of change is actually closer to +5.7%.

Pending sales are up, when you look at July 2017 and July 2018 you will see an +18% change.  When looking at the last year (7-17-17)  to date you will see the pending sales are actually only up +3.3%.  Pending sales could potentially have increased a greater amount but due to the lack of inventory sales were restricted.

Closed sales were down -6.2% when comparing July 2017 to July 2018.  Year to date sales were up +3.6%. As mentioned above this figure could have increased had their been more inventory for Buyers.
