This year is going to be a blast, fueled by the vibrant history and spirit of this beloved college. From alumni gatherings to football fever, there's something for everyone to enjoy. So, let's dive right into the schedule and make the most of this fantastic Homecoming week!

Thursday, September 28: Celebrate Campus Heritage

3–4 p.m.: Lewis Hall 100th Anniversary Celebration
- Explore Lewis Hall's rich history and its role in housing the University Vertebrate Museum, Herbarium, Fish and Wildlife Management Program Center, and more.

6–9 p.m.: VIA Bookstore Open House
- Very Important Alums (that's you!) are invited to the Bookstore for trivia, drinks, appetizers, and a fantastic 30% discount on logo gear. Don't forget to register for this event!

7–9 p.m.: Go Cats Lighting
- Join the fun tradition at the South Hedges Dorms, hosted by University Student Housing and The Office of Student Engagement.


Friday, September 29: Show Your Bobcat Pride

All Day: Blue & Gold Friday
- Let your Bobcat spirit shine through by dressing up in your finest Blue & Gold merch!

8–10 a.m.: President's Homecoming Breakfast
- Advisory Council members are invited to hear a "State of the University" address by President Cruzado before their fall meetings.

4–7 p.m.: Alumni Friday at the R Bar
- Drop by for Alumni Happy Hour at the R Bar in Downtown Bozeman and enjoy a free drink. All MSU alums are welcome!

4:30–5:30 p.m.: Roberts Hall 100th Anniversary Open House
- Celebrate 100 years of Roberts Hall, named after William Milnor Roberts, and admire symbols representing civil, agricultural, and mechanical engineering.

5:30–8 p.m.: Homecoming Award Ceremony
- This invitation-only event will honor the 2023 Homecoming Award Recipients.

6 p.m.: Homecoming Pep Rally
- Join coaches, players, and Homecoming Ambassador candidates on Main Street in Downtown Bozeman to get fired up for the big game!

6:30–8:30 p.m.: Greek Alum Happy Hour
- Kick off your weekend early at the Greek Alum Happy Hour, hosted at The Baxter Hotel Ballrooms. Make sure to RSVP before September 25.


Saturday, September 30: Game Day!

9:30–10 a.m.: Serenade Before the Parade
- Head to Holy Rosary Catholic Church to enjoy a "Serenade Before the Parade" by the MSU Voces Luminis and the Montanans, setting the mood for the Homecoming Parade.

10 a.m.: ASMSU Homecoming Parade
- Stake out a prime spot along Main Street early to witness this cherished tradition. To enter a float or for parade-related queries, contact the Office of Student Engagement.

11:30 a.m.: Homecoming Tailgate
- Gather on the Kagy Practice Field with fellow alums, friends, parents, and fans to pre-game before the big showdown. Make sure to register before September 25.

2 p.m.: MSU Football vs. Portland State
- The highlight of the week! Head to Bobcat Stadium to cheer on the team as they take on Portland State. Game tickets are available through the Bobcat Ticket Office or TicketsWest, and you can catch the broadcast on MTN TV and ESPN+.
