REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE

  • The Median Sales Price for Single Family homes in Bozeman for August 2019 has seen an increase of $54,000 compared to August 2018 and a $40,000 increase year-to-date!
  • Pending sales have increased 8.8% for Single Family homes compared to August 2018.
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an average sale price of $510,635 for Single Family homes and $336,620 for a Condo/Townhouse.
  • Lastly, this statistic is always interesting. Percent of homes sold at or above list price came in at 99.2% year to date for Single Family homes and 99% for a Condo/Townhouse.
