Statistics from Big Sky County MLS for October 2020 have been released and we are excited to share what the market has done over the last month and compare it to October 2019 in Big Sky.

 

  • Average Sales Price for Single Family Homes have seen an increase of 21.8% jumping to $2,579,804. Condo/Townhouses also saw a large increase this month of 37.2% putting the Average Sales Price at $1,105,365.

  • Closed Sales have increased for Single Family Homes with a total of 28 closed transactions, up from 5 in 2019. Condo/Townhouses have also seen a large increase of 160% with 52 Closed Sales.

  • Inventory of Single Family Homes has decreased by -37.3% to only 42 homes vs. 67 this time last year.  Inventory of Condo/Townhouse has also decreased -52.4%…
