REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE | GREATER BIG SKY

Statistics from Big Sky County MLS for September 2020 have been released and we are excited to share what the market has done over the last month and compare it to September 2019. 

  • Average Sales Price for Single Family Homes have seen an increase of 33.3% jumping to $3,021,278. Condo/Townhouses also saw an increase of 141.5% putting the Average Sales Price at $1,363,440.

  • Closed Sales have increased for Single Family Homes with a total of 26 closed transactions, up from 5 in 2019. Condo/Townhouses have also seen a large increase of 150% with 25 Closed Sales.

  • Inventory of Single Family Homes has decreased by 15.9% to only 53 homes vs. 63 this time last year.  Inventory…
