Statistics from Big Sky Country MLS for April 2021 have been released! So let's compare it to April 2020.

  • Average Sales Price for Single Family Homes have seen a smaller increase than previous months of 5.3%, bumping to $692,225. While Condo/Townhouses saw an increase of 19.3% rising the Average Sales Price to $429,874.

  • Closed Sales have actually begun to increase for Single Family Homes with a total of 36 closed transactions, up from 23 in 2020. Condo/Townhouses have also seen an increase of 24.3% with 46 Closed Sales.

  • Inventory of Single Family Homes is still at a deficit by -77.6% to only 19 homes vs. 85 this time last year.  Inventory of Condo/Townhouse has seen a higher decrease at

  • Average Sales Price for Single Family Homes have seen an increase of 47.3% jumping to $823,672. While Condo/Townhouses saw an increase of 26.3% rising the Average Sales Price to $445,672.

  • Closed Sales have decreased for Single Family Homes with a total of 37 closed transactions, down from 41 in 2020. Condo/Townhouses have also seen a slight decrease of -10.3% with 35 Closed Sales.
