Starting TODAY, June 14th and continuing every 2nd Friday of the Month through September. Events start at 6 pm and continue until 8 pm, unless you keep the party going at any of the open local businesses! That’s one perk of having Art walks on Friday nights!

This Summer’s Downtown Bozeman Art Walk is brought to you by The Downtown Bozeman Association, Emerson Center for the Arts and Culture and Downtown Bozeman art galleries & retailers.

REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE

  • The Median Sales Price for Single Family homes in Bozeman has seen a $56,000 increase September 2018 compared to September 2017.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $476,753.
  • There has been a 10% increase year to date of sold properties in Bozeman. 
  • Lastly, this statistic is always interesting. Percent of homes sold at or above list price came in at 99.3% year to date.
