In April 2021, Single Family Homes in Bozeman City Limits sold for 102.3% of their asking price! 

51 homes have gone under contract and 36 homes have sold! Here at Tamara Williams and Company we placed 10 properties under contract and sold 14 others. Take a look at our April 2021 Production.

There were a total of 19 homes for sale, which is -77.6% less than April 2020.  48 new listings, and sold properties have an average of 9 days on market. We decided to change things up a little and compare Bozeman City Limits statistics to Belgrade City Limits for March 2021.

Single Family Homes within Bozeman City Limits sold for 100.8% of their asking price while homes in Belgrade City Limits sold for 101.5% of their asking price.   

More properties are slowly starting to hit the market within the City of Bozeman as new listings totaled 43 and Belgrade City Limits had 45. More properties are selling within the City of Bozeman as March totaled 37 closed sales and 20 properties sold in Belgrade City Limits.

This week we are comparing condominium and townhouse statistics for March 2021.

Condominiums in Bozeman City Limits sold for 101.8% of their asking price for an average of $465,641 while townhouses sold for 102.3% of their asking price for an average of $395,783.

55 condos have gone under contract and 33 sold in September. As for townhouses, 6 went under contract and 9 sold. 

There were a total of 20 condos for sale with an average days on market of 4. Only 4 townhouses were actively for sale with an average of 3 days on the market. If properties were on the market longer there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.

REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE | BOZEMAN CITY LIMITS

Statistics for Big Sky Country MLS for February 2021 have been released and we are excited to share what the market has done over the last month and compare it to February 2020.


  • Average Sales Price for Single Family Homes have seen an increase of 36.2% jumping to $733,804. While Condo/Townhouses saw an increase of 28.4% rising the Average Sales Price to $420,059.

  • Closed Sales have decreased for Single Family Homes with a total of 27 closed transactions, down from 32 in 2020. Condo/Townhouses have also seen a slight decrease of 6.5% with 29 Closed Sales.

  • Inventory of Single Family Homes has decreased by -69% to only 22 homes vs. 71 this time last year.  Inventory…
