It's that time of year when the market shifts and shows less inventory. With that being said, this IS the time to put your home on the market. Relocation buyers AND local buyers are motivated, especially if they have just put their homes under contract or want to be in a new home by late winter or spring 2021. The upcoming Holiday gives buyers more time and flexibility away from work to look at properties. The reality is that the Gallatin Valley remains a highly desirable place to live and homes are not lasting long! With the craziness of COVID, we have seen a shift towards a seller's market.
