Zillow Zestimates - Why they are Inaccurate in Montana
Posted by Tamara Williams on
Montana is a non-disclosure state. This means that sold data is not published online to the public; however, when you work with a Realtor, we are able to relay sold listing information if sold in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). Therefore, Zillow Zestimates are inaccurate and should not be used to estimate the value of your home (or any home you are looking at to determine its value). In this video, I provide examples of my own listings to explain why. In this hot market, please don't hesitate to ask us "Is this home valued correctly?". To avoid under or overpricing your home, please watch this video. Call Tamara Williams at 406.223.6823 if you have any questions about this topic.
