With summer winding down, and the buzz of kids getting ready to go back to school. These are a few summer activities we hope you can squeeze in.
Explore The Lakes
- A few of our favorite lakes in the area are Hyalite Resovoir, Fairy Lake, and Ennis Lake. Spend the day picnicking, rent paddleboards, or even a kayak!
Huckleberry Picking
- Whether it's homemade ice cream, craft cocktails, jam, or fresh pies, huckleberries are the perfect addition and are in peak season! (Mid to end of August) Grotto Falls and Lava Lake have known to be a hot spot for picking!
Plan a Camping Trip
- Camping is the perfect end of summer tradition. It is the best way to take time to relax with zero distractions, enjoying what is left of this short season!
Get to the Farmers Market
- The Bozeman Farmers Market is every Tuesday from 5-8pm at Lindley Park! Find your favorite vendors, score some incredibly fresh produce and enjoy a summer local tradition!
Make a Day Trip to Big Sky or Yellowstone National Park
- Big Sky is the ultimate summer destination, especially for families! Take up fly fishing, or book a white water rafting, horseback riding, or ziplining excursion. Ride the bus up to the peak and mountain bike the trails, or find a new hike to explore!
- There is nothing like a day trip to Yellowstone - pack the car and head out for the day!
