  • The Median Sales Price for Single Family homes in Bozeman for June 2019 has seen an increase of $50,000 compared to June 2018 and a $19,750 increase year-to-date!
  • Closed sales have increased 10.9% for Single Family homes and 2% for a Condo/Townhouse compared to June 2018.
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an average sale price of $497,609 for Single Family homes and $345,243 for a Condo/Townhouse.
  • Lastly, this statistic is always interesting. Percent of homes sold at or above list price came in at 99.3% year to date for Single Family homes and 98.9% for a Condo/Townhouse.
