In September 2020, Single Family Homes in Bozeman City Limits sold for 100.1% of their asking price! 

59 homes have gone under contract and 60 homes have sold! Here at Tamara Williams and Company we placed 8 properties under contract and sold 9 others. Take a look at our September 2020 Production.

REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE | BOZEMAN CITY LIMITS

Statistics for Big Sky County MLS for September 2020 have been released and we are excited to share what the market has done over the last month and compare it to September 2019. 

  • Average Sales Price for Single Family Homes have seen an increase of 6.4% jumping to $604,528. While Condo/Townhouses saw a decrease of 9.1% putting the Average Sales Price at $341,917.

  • Closed Sales have increased for Single Family Homes with a total of 60 closed transactions, up from 51 in 2019. Condo/Townhouses have also seen a large increase of 211.1% with 84 Closed Sales.

  • Inventory of Single Family Homes has decreased by 70.7% to only 41 homes vs. 140 this time last year.  Inventory of Condo/Townhouse has also…

This week we are comparing condominium and townhouse statistics for August 2020

Condominiums in Bozeman City Limits sold for 99.7% of their asking price for an average of $359,245 while townhouses sold for 100.7% of their asking price for an average of $389,453.

69 condos have gone under contract and 60 sold in August. As for townhouses, 11 went under contract and 15 sold. 

There were a total of 61 condos for sale with an average days on market of 38. Only 17 townhouses were actively for sale with an average of 57 days on the market. If properties were on the market longer there are several factors that could have contributed to that; price, location, and layout.
