  • The Median Sales Price for Single Family homes in Bozeman has seen a $3,500 increase April 2019 compared to April 2018.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $499,112.
  • There has been a 12.2% decrease year to date of sold properties in Bozeman. 
  • Lastly, this statistic is always interesting. Percent of homes sold at or above list price came in at 99.2% year to date.
