When it comes to buying a ranch . . . where does one start? As it turned out, Tamara asked what we were looking for and it eliminated some very special pieces of property. So many places had "someone's" dream built on them to the tune of 7000+ square feet. We're retiring and that was the one thing we wanted to avoid, a half dozen bathrooms and bedrooms for me to keep clean. I don't want to run a lodge. But I'm a horse woman and my husband comes along for the rides and loves it. We wanted a barn, maybe a place for a plane, storage for our farm equipment and about a 2000 to 2500 square foot house. We'd been searching for two years. There finally was one property that fit the bill, but a week before we were to arrive to look at it it had been removed from the market. We arrived in Bozeman anyway to look around. The second day after we arrived Tamara told us, "You won't believe what just came back on the market." And it must have been fate because it was the house we had originally planned to view. It was everything we needed, all the horse amenities, equipment storage and a beautiful home. We closed on it January 4th. What a wonderful way to start 2016. It couldn't have happened without Tamara staying on top of properties for us and keeping our needs in mind. She went above and beyond throughout the closing and handled certain issues we were not available to handle. Five stars for my new favorite realtor.
