Let's face it, Real Estate is not cheap. In most cases, it's the largest and most committing purchase a person will spend their hard-earned money on. This is why customer service is so important regardless of where your property is situated in the market. My areas of expertise are new construction, residential, and luxury real estate. But knowledge is power so they say, and I task myself with staying current on the ever-changing market and laws that affect real estate transactions. I won't be so bold as to claim that I'm not in real estate to make money, because I am. It's my livelihood, but it's not the most important thing, the quality of care and attention I give my clients is. I want to earn my clients' trust and hopefully, their friendship. I want to be the go-to gal for all of their real estate needs in years to come. I want to earn every penny of the compensation that I'm given at the closing table. Years of being in the real estate market have taught me that a Realtor is a guide. I'm responsible for leading buyers and sellers through the buying/selling process to the finish line, all while keeping their sanity and peace of mind intact.

I try to ensure that I have an open line of communication with my clients at all times. Text, email, or call, I'm always available to address questions and concerns. It is my job to make sure you understand the hows and the whys, as well as to assist and inform you every step of the way.

Listen and Learn

When I speak with clients about what it is they want to achieve, I take notes. I try to get as much feedback as possible so that I can better stand in their shoes and know precisely where they want to go with our transaction. I have no desire to push my clients into a home or situation that's not beneficial to them. I want them to walk away from the closing table with a smile on their face.

Geeks Unite!

I regularly update my websites, tablets, tools, and communication systems to better assist my clients during their real estate transactions. During showings, my ever-present iPad is used to take notes and log pertinent information. I have an electronic signature system that streamlines the signing process. I personally select my tools and systems, and my website was designed and built by me.

Undeniable Curiosity and Desire to Learn

I am constantly reading and researching real estate. I strive to better my business for both the buyers and sellers. I think education is VERY important. I am committed to keeping up with the housing trends, best practices, zoning regulations, and investment tactics to better assist my clients. A large portion of my profits and many hours are reinvested into my business and my education. It's my firm belief that there is always room for improvement no matter who you are. And that constant improvement will directly benefit the buyers and sellers I represent.
