Good Morning Bozemanites! It's time for our Monday Market Update for Bozeman.

This week, we are comparing Bozeman city limits statistics to outside Bozeman city limits for January 2020.

Single family homes within city limits sold for 97% of their asking price with an average sales price of $511,580 while homes outside city limits sold for 96.4% of their asking price with an average sales price of $809,282. 

More properties are coming onto the marking within the city as new listings totaled 48 while outside city limits was 30.  More properties are also selling within the city as January totaled 40 closed sales and outside the city 27 properties sold. 

There were a total of 77 homes for sale inside the city while 106 homes were active in the market outside city limits.  With an average days on market of 47 days within the city and 118 outside the city, the duration your home is on the market can be attributed to; price, location, and layout.
