REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE | BOZEMAN CITY LIMITS

Statistics for Big Sky Country MLS for March 2021 have been released and we are excited to share what the market has done over the last month and compare it to March 2020.

  • Average Sales Price for Single Family Homes have seen an increase of 47.3% jumping to $823,672. While Condo/Townhouses saw an increase of 26.3% rising the Average Sales Price to $445,672.

  • Closed Sales have decreased for Single Family Homes with a total of 37 closed transactions, down from 41 in 2020. Condo/Townhouses have also seen a slight decrease of -10.3% with 35 Closed Sales.

  • Inventory of Single Family Homes has decreased by -76.8% to only 22 homes vs. 95 this time last year.  Inventory of Condo/Townhouse has also…
