Tamara Williams and Company is heating up. 

This month has been incredibly busy, from constant listing work, prospecting new leads, agent training sessions, and new marketing endeavors, to the daily operational work behind the scenes.

  • Average Sales Price for Single Family homes has gone up 53% as well as Condo/Townhomes in Bozeman have increased to a  whopping 74%  from June 2020 to June 2021. 
  • Closed Sales have begun to decrease for Single Family Homes by 12%, where Condo/Townhomes have increased by 20% in the last year. 
  • Inventory of Single Family Homes for Sale has seen a decrease at 47%, whereas, the Inventory for Condo/Townhomes for sale has decreased to 76%. 
  • The Percent of List Price Received for Singal Family Homes and Condo/Townhomes has remained the same from this past year around 102.5%
